Swiss Lathe Manufacturing

Swiss Lathes are used to produce high tolerances and mirror-like finishes. Seven axes offer greater flexibility for complex parts and deliver high-quality, ultra-precision machining. These machines are particularly effective for small, intricate parts, but they also can manufacture a multitude of parts. With multiple Swiss Lathes under one roof, we can handle high-volume work while still maintaining quality, resulting in parts consistently manufactured to your specifications.

Laser Marking and Etching

Our range of services includes laser engraving; annealing color changes resulting in smooth, dirt-resistant surfaces; laser-structured services for specific functions; laser cleaning for gentle removal of rust, oil, or phosphate in preparation for subsequent processes; ablation of multilayer, colored plastics applied to basic material to create “day and night design”; and foaming to produce a raised marking.

Simultaneous machining increases accuracy for multisided and complex parts. We can approach the part from all directions, which allows for numerous applications like machining complex 3-D shapes and conventional machining of tilted surfaces.

Additive Manufacturing for Metal and Polymer

Metal Bending

Bend small and medium-sized parts at a very high level of quality, including parts as large as 1000 mm and as small as 7 mm in length. We also can perform custom metal bending, including bends with short flanges.

Laser Cutting and Welding

Laser cutting makes almost any contour shape possible—even intricate 3-D manifolds—all while producing clean cuts. Get smooth, burr-free edges with virtually no distortion.

Laser welding offers precision welds, high welding rates, combinations with conventional welding processes, and soldering options, all while producing minimal distortion. With laser welding, we can join materials that are otherwise difficult or even impossible to weld, enabling you to repair items instead of replacing them.

Wire EDM

Create complex shapes that are difficult to produce with conventional cutting tools. Cut on extremely hard material while keeping very close tolerances as well as on delicate sections and weak materials without perceivable distortion. Wire EDM is great if you need a good surface finish, very fine holes, tapered holes, or have a very small work piece.
